KISSPEPTIN-10 (fragment)

C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin (KP-10) for GPR54 and HPG-axis research.

Mechanism & research context

Kisspeptin-10 is the biologically active C-terminal 10-residue fragment of the 145-aa kisspeptin precursor, binding GPR54 (KISS1R). It is a reference ligand in hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal-axis research. Supplied as lyophilized powder at ≥98% HPLC purity.
