Because our products are research chemicals, the EU right of withdrawal for sealed goods does not apply once the vial seal is broken (Art. 16 Consumer Rights Directive).

Eligible cases

• Damaged in transit (photographic evidence within 72 h of delivery)
• Wrong product or wrong strength shipped
• Non-delivery with confirmed loss by carrier

How refunds are issued

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet address you provide. Because exchange rates fluctuate, the refund is the original USDT amount received, not the EUR equivalent at refund time.

Timeframe

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days of approval.
