Controller

The data controller is the entity listed in the Impressum.

What we collect

• Order data: email, full name, shipping address, phone (optional).
• Payment data: on-chain TRON transaction hash, USDT amount and timestamp. We do not store wallet seeds, private keys, or any banking data.
• Essential cookies: cart identifier only.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing order data is necessary for performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention for accounting purposes meets our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 6–10 years in EU states). Cart cookies are removed on session end.

Sharing

We share data only with the shipping carrier to deliver your order. No third-party analytics or ad trackers are used.
