Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
No. Pept is a guest-checkout shop — you place your order with just an email and shipping address. We don't store passwords or card data.
What's the minimum order?
One vial. There's no minimum — but volume discounts kick in at 5, 10, 25 and 50 vials per variant. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Can I order in bulk easily?
Yes — use the Quick order list to set quantities across many compounds in one screen and add everything to cart at once.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Across the European Union, plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the UK. We do not ship to North America or other regions.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate by zone: €10 to core EU (DE, AT, FR, BE, NL, LU, IE), €15 to the rest of the EU, €25 to EFTA/UK. Free shipping on orders over €500.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked shipping, typically 2–5 business days within the EU and 4–8 business days for EFTA/UK. We dispatch within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation on the blockchain.
How is the order packaged?
Plain outer packaging — no product names, no branding visible. The shipping label only shows our return address and your details. Vials travel in a temperature-stable insulated mailer.
Is the package customs-cleared?
Yes. All shipments originate inside the EU customs union, so EU deliveries are not subject to customs declarations. EFTA/UK packages include a CN22 form declaring the contents as research chemicals.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or other cryptocurrencies. USDT-TRC20 is fast (≈1 minute finality) and has near-zero fees.
How does the USDT payment work?
After checkout you receive a unique TRON address and an exact amount (down to the 4th decimal). Send that exact amount within 30 minutes; our watcher confirms the on-chain transaction and flips your order to paid automatically. You'll get a confirmation email within ~1 minute of the transaction confirming.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments stay pending — top up with another transaction to the same address to complete the order. Overpayments mark the order paid and trigger an admin alert; we'll refund the excess to a TRON address you provide. Late payments after the 30-minute window are flagged for manual review.
Do you keep my wallet address?
We log the sending address only against your specific order, for accounting and refund routing. We do not link addresses to identities or share them with third parties.

Refunds & returns

Can I return an order?
Once a vial leaves our facility we cannot accept returns — research chemicals lose their chain-of-custody integrity once they're outside our cold chain. See the refund policy for the full terms.
What if my package arrives damaged or short?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and the order number. We'll re-ship the damaged or missing items at no charge.
My order never arrived. What now?
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you didn't receive it, file a claim with the carrier first. If tracking is stuck for more than 14 business days we re-ship at our expense.
