1. Products

All products sold on this site are sold as research chemicals for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, in-vivo use, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic use. By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher acting in that capacity and that you will not administer any product to yourself, another person, or a living animal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is accepted only in USDT (TRC-20) via the TRON network. Orders are confirmed once the full expected amount is observed on-chain with a minimum of 19 confirmations. Orders expire 30 minutes after placement if payment is not received.

4. Shipping

We ship to countries in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping is tracked; delivery windows are indicative, not guaranteed.

5. Refunds

Because products are research chemicals, returns are accepted only for goods that arrive damaged or materially different from ordered. See the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any use of products outside the research-use-only purpose. You assume full responsibility for the lawful and safe handling of the products.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the country of our registered office (see Impressum). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
