Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that selectively activates the GHSR-1a ghrelin receptor with minimal effect on ACTH or prolactin. It is used in laboratory models of selective GH secretagogue signalling. Supplied as lyophilized powder at ≥98% HPLC purity.
