Cagrilintide is a synthetic analogue of the pancreatic hormone amylin, engineered for extended half-life through fatty-acid acylation. It is used in co-administration research with incretin agonists to investigate dual amylin/GLP-1 receptor pharmacology. Supplied as lyophilized powder at ≥98% HPLC purity.
